ECSO starts collaboration with the Nowa Ruda Commune
The Eduard Petzold European Centre for Garden Art has started collaboration with the Nowa Ruda Commune. Our aim is to actively promote the natural and cultural heritage of the region.
The Land of Nowa Ruda is a region distinguished by a unique natural and cultural landscape. It is created by a mosaic of farmlands, meadows, forests and historic residences with gardens inscribed in the picturesque valleys of the Włodzica and Ścinawka rivers in the Central Sudetes. The Eduard Petzold European Centre for Garden Art and the Commune Office Nowa Ruda decided to deepen bilateral collaboration in the field of its protection, conservation and promotion, as well as strengthening the competence of specialists and raising the awareness of the local community. As a result, we will undertake active scientific, cultural and educational activities that will contribute to the development of the area and improve the well-being of the local community. The letter of intent was signed at the Sarny Castle by Łukasz Przybylak, Co-founder of ECSO, and Adrianna Mierzejewska, Mayor of the Nowa Ruda Commune.
